These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the nobu99 platform, including all services, features, and content made available through the website located at https://nobu99.lat and any associated mobile applications or platforms operated by nobu99 (collectively, the "Platform").

nobu99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different email addresses, or from the same device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. nobu99 reserves the right to merge, restrict, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold associated funds pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. nobu99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nobu99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process typically requires submission of a valid government-issued Malaysian identity document (NRIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address dated within three months, and — where required — a selfie holding the identity document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nobu99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are generally processed within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes for USDT TRC20 and BTC.

5.4 Player Funds

All deposited funds are held by nobu99 on behalf of the player and are designated exclusively for use on the Platform. Deposits do not bear interest. nobu99 is not a bank and does not provide financial services. Players should not use the Platform as a means of holding or transferring funds for any purpose other than participation in gaming activities.

5.5 Currency

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies — including cryptocurrency — will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. nobu99 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and shall not be liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency valuations.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the player has successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC approval will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. nobu99 reserves the right to request withdrawals be made to a verified Malaysian bank account in the player's name, regardless of the deposit method used.

6.3 Processing Times

nobu99 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 3–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes subject to network conditions.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus was claimed. No withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. nobu99 reserves the right to deduct bonus amounts from withdrawal requests where wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the nobu99 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement (rollover), which must be met in full before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier — for example, a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means the player must wager a total of RM3,500 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Registration of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming a welcome bonus more than once.
• Coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms or minimise wagering risk artificially.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the nobu99 Platform are accepted at nobu99's sole discretion. nobu99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time before settlement, including where bets are placed based on erroneous odds, technical errors, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

8.2 Erroneous Odds

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published in error — whether due to technical malfunction, human error, or data feed inaccuracy — nobu99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account. nobu99 shall not be obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds.

8.3 In-Play Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets reflect real-time events and are subject to rapid price changes. nobu99 operates a pre-match delay on in-play bets to prevent exploitation of latency advantages. bets placed after an event outcome is determined will be voided regardless of displayed odds.

8.4 Sports Betting Specifics

All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each market. These rules are available on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.5 Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer games, slots, and table games, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer events. 10.1 Suspension by nobu99

nobu99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, duplicate account usage, or any other prohibited conduct.

10.2 During Suspension

During any period of account suspension, the player will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. nobu99 will endeavour to complete investigations within 30 business days of the suspension date.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting nobu99 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following successful identity verification.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

13.1 Platform Availability

13.2 Technical Malfunctions

13.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nobu99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 60 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nobu99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or any fraudulent or unlawful activity conducted through your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which nobu99 operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to nobu99's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Neither party shall be entitled to pursue claims on a class-action basis.
